Field Survey

Master Valve & Wellhead Service, Inc. offers Equipment Information Surveys at customer land, inland, and offshore locations. Utilization of this service provides detailed valve and actuator information which is  necessary for equipment repairs as well as emergency preparation for valve service and maintenance.

Valves and actuators are properly identified by each DOT identity number as well as proximity on the tree or service area. A survey log is provided to the customer detailing equipment size, flange end-to-end measurements, and all other information as a guide for future repairs.

Equipment Information Surveys are a valuable tool for shut-in maintenance and changing of grease, packing, and relief fittings or other accessories.
